House Shows
The game is awesome and the updates are making it better to play and experience. I was curious with how the house shows work for the weekly shows. Like do I have to set them up on events somehow, and if so how? Or are house shows done automatically? I see in the contracts there's a no house show option, however where and how do I set up these house shows? I can't find house shows circuit anywhere.

Plus for contracts, the amount someone gets paid can't be negotiated? Like instead of doing the predetermined wages due to some factors. there's no chance we'll be able to negotiate with some wrestlers for 80-90% of what they're asking for, and if they don't like it then they can refuse and sign elsewhere for more money if given the option. Kinda like how free agency works in other sports.

Overall, I'm having a fun time playing and excited what you do in the future with the game. Thank you for your time and dedication.

House show controls aren’t in there right now, but are planned.

As far as contracts go, those are negotiated by changing the terms of the contract rather than changing the numbers. I’m not a fan of the “change a number over and over until they accept” mechanism that other booking sims use, it just seems like a hassle really.

Oh okay makes sense as far as house shows go. Thank you for the update and reaching out.
As for contracts, this makes sense, but is there a way for a "bidding war" to be started, like if I offer a contract to Wrestler A, they'll wait a bit to see another offer from another company to either accept something better or not. I'm curious is all. Thank you again!

I would disagree. I think there should be an option to do either way. I would prefer to offer more money instead of options depending who I'm trying to get. Maybe if there were more options in what can be given to a worker than the ones we have, but I still prefer a money option change.

I think a slide bar would be great in this case. Maybe the worker believes they are worth $10,000 a month but their minimum would be 9,000 and their max would be 11,000 and you can offer in increments of 50 (meaning 9050, 9100, 9150, etc) and then once you make an offer the other company can counter but there has to be some way to combat just clicking counter offer a couple times until they say yes. If the other company offers max money, the person shouldn't just wait for you to counter, that should be it and vice versa.

Something similar to this method is used in sports console games. You can offer max amounts as long as it is under your salary cap but instead of just offering a billion dollars, it is incremental and doesn't guarantee even with the max money, they will sign. There is more complexity such as team (in this case company) image and current rankings.
