PWS is awesome. As a fan TEW (even when it was EWR) I would recommend PWS for sure. I actually enjoy PWS a little more to be honest but I think both are great games.
While it is still in development, when they release new updates does that screw with your current run through?
And with the camp / development I meant at the end of the year in EWR they were randomly generate 10 workers for your roster. Often quite bad workers with horrible names that need polish. Maybe that could be an update feature too.
The game generates workers automatically unless disabled but not generated in your developmental promotions. You have to hire workers and then send them to development. You can also create workers in the editor if you want or need to.
