OK...
Here is the layman 4 step written for installing database mods(for those of us that are text learners)

1)DL mod (& unzip if necessary).
2)right click on & copy that file (it should end with .db)
3)open game, on main menu in the right corner click "open game worlds folder",
4)right click & paste....
Done
It's really THAT easy & this way will keep a copy of the original mod intact incase you want to play around with editor yourself. I didn't even need to promote my YT channel or a website to give an answer
