Is this game still being worked on? I can see the last update was in March, Thats a long time ago. Or is this game finished? Can you get married and have kids already?

The heart level of my animals don't raise at all. I talk with them every day for more than 20 day and has given more then 10 animal treat too and even the first heart doesn't show anything, no progress at all. Could it be a bug ? Or is the progress just too slow ? thks...
