Copper Vein: The Vein is found on the eastern road, in the same area where you hunt for the Runner with Ilan and Tzvi. Visit it after it's been cleared out, and you can investigate after hearing a rumor about a dead man's camp (don't actually know where you hear this rumor, but I've never not had it so it's probably easy to get.
The Explorer: This achievement requires you to, aside from visiting all prior locations, to fully explore the Dolmen and, easily missed, find a bronze axehead that is hidden on the northern road. Specifically, it can be found in the abandoned hamlet that is occupied by Dusk Foxes, by searching in the right location (look at the picture of the area for clues).
The Breaker: You've got two of the three locations that can be broken already, the third one is a door in the tunnel south of Gale Rocks, on the far side of the cave in.
I can't help you with the Gentle Heart, haven't got it.
The Murderer: I haven't got this one either, but I *suspect* it's achieved by killing Orentius in White Marshes. Probably maybe take Glaucia's route or help Thais organize a raid on the hamlet?
Explorer: So basically Explorer is mutually exclusive with Gentle Heart because sparing the foxes locks the area.
Breaker: Breaking that door in the tunnel seems to require more then not having the key. (I tried missing the key and didn't see an option to break the door) Maybe You also need to do it before getting the quest from Gale Rocks?
Murderer: Gonna try also going to talk with the Necromancer and keeping a dagger on me.
You need to wait a few day after the deed is done for regret to finally kick in during sleep time for the achievement to pop.
1. The very first Griffons you encounter right out of tutorial camp, just wait for them to leave.
2. Try to cut the Beholder's root, but chicken out.
3. After talking with Thais for some times a kid will try to catch a seagull. Don't let him.
4. Leave the Dusk Foxes at the Ruined Shelter alone.
5. Agree to go bird catching with Ilan and Tzvi at Foggy's, but don't show up.
6. On your trip from Creek to remove the Fallen Tree, a bunch of goblins will show up. Talk Efren out of fighting them.
7. After killing the big spider in the Hunter Cabin, let the little spiders escape.
8. Wash yourself at the Old Bridge, then throw the piranha back in the river.
9. Let the Corpse Eater at the Small Cave escape. Apparently ghouls aren't undead in this world.
10. Don't steal from squirrels when foraging near the Watchtower.
11. When crossing the Heart of the Forest, endure having feces thrown at you for 3 times until the monkeys finally got bored and stop doing it.
12. In the Heart of the Forest, you can encounter some birds ganging up on a lizard. Help the lizard.
13. Also in the Heart of the Forest, some little bird just keep following you around. Ignore it.
I don't think non-lethally ending conflicts with Troll Urine/ Dragon Horn/ Blinding Powder count as sparing animals. Simply running away from dangers also wouldn't count.
I'll add that being cruel to animals in those encounters seems to subtract from the count because at one point I went down from "some" to "barely any".
A fighter character with best axe, upgraded gambeson, crossbow, spear, bow, shield, Asterion's cloak, dragon horn, golem glove, tool of destruction, healing potions, sharpening poison and +1 vitality seems to be not yet enough to trigger this achievement.
You didn't mention blinding powder in your list maybe get that too. :)
Interesting, I got the achievement and I never even had an option to get a bow anywhere. I don't think I had more equipment than what you described. I think to get the achievement you also have to ensure you have full hp, nourishment and pneuma.
I guess the first one requires to just choose to not come back at the end, but the 2nd will be more problematic.
Looks like for the other one, The Freedom Seeker, you need a certain amount of "Peace Points", earned by the end-game status of certain events (such as earning support of various tribes), to reach a certain "Peace Threshold", in the case of the achievement, you need to reach a score of 12.
In addition, you not only have to have a score of 12+, you also have to:
Clear the undead out of White Marshes, but don't destroy the city.
Convince Orentius, but don't attack the city.
Remove Thais from power, by convincing the druids.
Heal the plague of Old Pagos.
Get the support of Gale Rocks, which means convincing them to cut ties with Glaucia.
Edit: got it after following the advice above.
