How is this game? Worth a buy?

Just made a small review, I am really linking the game if you want something to build, micro manage sometimes (not really all the time), expand slowly and challenging difficulty.

As of now im not convinced.
It appears like a half hearted mobile port with visual appeal.

After what I been reading on here there is no sandbox to me this game isn't worth the money right unless the Dev adds In a sandbox mode. This game won't make It as a big seller.

Yeah and it has fixed progression as well. You are forced to construct buildings in a certain order, cant go iron mine before storage yard etc.
