How it should be look like? What is the game scenario?
Mainly we focus on bug fixing and improving the gameplay.
But we put your idea on our "consider list".

This is worth considering in our opinion.

You could literally just about have it as the same game with the skins reversed haha.
I have the game on my wishlist hoping you do consider a German option. I am a bit of a WWII fanatic myself, but I don't have all the details of it fleshed out yet.
For the scenario, I was initially thinking D-Day, but then that would just turn the game into a Tower Defense FPS styled game, which could be an option in the future. However, I did read up a while back that when the Allies were closing in on Berlin, to help protect some small German villages, the Germans went to the small towns and defended them near the end of the war. Obviously a huge army wouldn't be going to these places, they were targeting Berlin after all.
So, possibly a few patrols would go to the towns instead and that's the scenario that could make for the German side of this game work perfectly. You are still in survivalist mode since all the major cities have been firebombed into oblivion and have no food production. You are still going to get small patrols who stroll through the villages. And if you cut historical accuracy for the game and replace a village, or simply add in a bunker, there you go! In addition, it would also be mostly historically accurate and logical so you shouldn't be making any controversy having this option. The timeline would be in 1945 after the Battle of the Bulge. The morale for the soldiers would be very low since the Germans know that losing the war is inevitable, but they still want to preserve the little bit of the Germany that they knew left.
In my opinion, it's much more fitting (and grimdark) than the current American scenario.
