How do you get the dog achievements?

There are 2 of them, how do I get them?

For the "down boy" achievement you'll need to try to kill frank when he's taking a piss in the backyard between 9:09pm to 9:14 pm without giving the dog with a sausage.

For "good Boy" - Get a sausage in the kitchen, when Frank goes takes his pis between 9:09 to 9:14pm in the backyard. Give the Dog the sausage then kill Frank however you want.
