How do you side wall slam with your chain?

I can only do the side pull.

The same as a dagger slam, but on the side.

While holding the grapple button on an enemy, aim your camera to the left or the right by a decent amount.

I've done it. the wall should be perpendicular to my POV to trigger the Wall slam.
