Logs and save files can be found in the following location:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Showgunners\Saved

You can go ahead and send us the whole folder if that's more convenient for you.

On which way u wanne have the save and log-files?

Mine won't start either, but I'm Geforce Now, so I have no access to the logs. I have been trying to play all day, since the last update, the game updates but then immediately gives an error. Says please try to play again.

21 tries later, still not working.

Could you please try and delete the title and then install it again from the scratch?

No. Because that isn't how GeForce Now works. I cannot do anything but click launch. Are you a developer? If so, how do you not know how it works? You guys put the game on that platform.

If you aren't a developer, then YOU can't help. Anyone playing on GeForce Now cannot manipulate files in any way.

Not going to flex or trade jabs, I'm here to help.
Showgunners has not been released to GeForce Now. The service itself uses the official release platforms and supports the titles independently, so our support is strongly limited here.
Despite that, we've reached out to GFN and were able to get a possible cause of the issue.
It seems like the service did not register the patch release which results in the title not being properly supported at the moment.
The problem has been addressed, and should be fixed shortly on the GFN end.

I'm sure you'll be able to experience Showgunners really soon there :)
