Problem: formations list becomes too long

After discovering a formation you must research one because there is no "not research" button.
Also there is need to remove formations because they are not needed or errors.
A formation w/ OHQ is not a separate list, but a sub set of independent formations.
i.e, OHQ formation is a set of 5 same type of independent formations with a OHQ.
Also it would be nice a to have removal as part custom formation edit

Formations with OHQ are by definition not independent, and have different compositions than you normally get from independent formations...

I havn't had the concern Dark-Star posted about - really long list. I suppose when list gets really, really long, perhaps an option to move to a format where all the independent units populate one list, and the OHQs populate another?

You can decrease Priority for Oob operationalise to 0% ( or 1%). And it should be equal to "no-research" btw. I didn't notice there is no such option.
