What is a strategic move?
<Allows you to transfer a Unit over an unlimited distance providing your
Logistical Network has the Logistical Points available to pay for the weight
of the Unit.>

rapid transport of either one or more units along roads--well beyond the normal move range of each unit. The logic points available to rush these units over great distances can move several on a shorter distance or fewer for a longer distance.

Doing this largely depletes the battle readiness of the transported units.

It exhausts logistical points, IIRC.

Your units are moved by your logistics network (i.e., on trucks or trains) instead of moving under their own power. The fewer/smaller the units and the stronger your network, the farther you can take them.

Yep, that's what I meant!

Thanks!
Troop movement via a road or train will always be faster than in the open field of course.
Just quickly putting the war equipment on the train to the front as an example.

Except these rapid transported units arrive unfit for further movement nor are they combat ready; whereas, units having moved normally are combat ready (defensively speaking).

That combat readiness of the troops then depends on being well equipped and well fed
So the troops will have to catch their breath first it seems to me to recover from the trip
