Problem with factions

I have cap 4 and 3 leaders belonging to faction with a different profile than mine. Rest 3 factions are more aligned but they have less members. I couldn't disband them as they are good but long term always unhappy 66 faction happiness. Now I have to decide. Spent tons of PP on removing one by one and replacing with others or try to keep them above 70 relation. Interior council is from them also 😜 I have ignored this situation early game as I needed good leaders but I didn't want to change profile too much. Maybe it was a mistake.
Context: On south a strong major build up forces but is at war with other major on west. I'm finishing weak major on my west.
Probably not good time for cabinet restructurisation. Can faction over time adapt to my profile or they will always only strengthen their starting profile? Any other suggestions what would you do?

Id suggest giving this thread a read through for leader management. There are a few different approaches ranging from remove anyone who doesn't match your profiles or make do and try and placate leaders.

In your situation I think 66 happiness is fine, its when you get below 50 you start seeing issues, I wouldnt go around firing leaders just because of that. But thats just my 2 cents.

Factions can change their profiles based on if you a regime feat without a 'sponsor', basically a regime feat which does not match any of the profiles of the existing factions.

Thanks. Remember this thread. My last game was easier and giving zones to factions solved problems, but now I see it's possible only at some point. Ok I will give them a chance.

Yeah, 66 relation score is good enough. I wouldn't replace them if they are good otherwise.

Thanks! Somehow I managed to increase their happiness to 69, retired one of them. I hired very talented girl as a security council. She took care of their faction leader and after two successful interrogations he returned all stolen money. His seniority score went down. He seems to be a much better man now. I plan to play "threaten leader card" to show him his real place..
