In the in-game main menu you'll see the game version number in bottom left. You can get a detailed version overview while playing by mouse-over-ing the scenario version # in the dashboard report. That last mouse over also includes a breakdown for the different player versions if playing PBEM.
I want to say thanks to the dev, he's doing amazing work on an already amazing one-of-a-kind game
Industry I requires 500 metal, 80 IP and 1 Machine per turn for 3 turns with the total cost of 1500 metal, 240 IP and 3 Machines. 2 out of 3 means it has gotten 2 out of 3 required machines, IE. it needs one more to complete.
Mine also requires 125 Metal, 125, IP and 1 Machine per turn for 2 turns with total cost of 250 Metal, 250 IP and 2 Machines. When you reduced the construction speed of Industry, mine probably construction probably ate the Machines you were buying though they should only be consumed between turns when the actual construction happens.
amazing game, looking forward to the next major update
