How many BP (Bureaucratic Points) do I have?

I need to spent some of BP. How to check how many BP (Bureaucratic Points) do I have and many I will have next turn?

BP is spent automatically. Are you sure you don't mean PP(political points)?

Yes. BP - I want to improve my weapon and got an option as upgrade 60BP or a new one 240BP, so I was wondering where to check how many do I have currently.

That's specifically your model council that spends them to create new designs. It will be on the empire dashboard and can be changed by calling the leader of the model council or calling your secretary to assign more resources to the model design council.

And to enhance this accurate post, if you look at reports -organisations you can see where they get spent and the progress in research.

And just to clarify, because that was something which confused me:
You newer store BP points, they get distributed to your staff, and then used each turn. But as mentioned in this thread, if you visit "Reports -> first tab on the left -> Empire Dashboard. " you can see exactly how many BP you get each turn, and what they are used for.
