Switch Pro Controller - Right Stick Does Not Move Camera

Could not control camera via right stick even though toggling HUD seems to show that the input was recognized.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Can you please try the following:

1. Unplug the controller
   
2. Launch the Steam client and click the controller icon at the top right to enter Big Picture Mode
   
3. Go to Settings > Controller Settings and make sure that "Playstation/Xbox/Generic Configuration Support" are all toggled on.
   
4. Then simply plug your controller and retest the game

Are you using the big picture mode at all?
Have you changed any key binds at all in the settings?
Are you using it wirelessly or plugged in? Can you please try both?

Can you please try using the normal mode and not the big picture and see if the issue continues?
Is the Switch pro configuration also turned on in the settings?
Can you please check the big picture settings as well as desktop ones?

Have you at all enabled the Nintendo button layout? Can you please enable or disable depending on if you have or not already and test?

Do you have any other controller that you can test the camera with at all?
If not, can you check whether the camera works correctly with the keyboard & mouse?
Does the button work correctly in other games?

I don't have other controllers but the camera works with keyboard & mouse. The button works in other games.

I had the same problem and I solved it by right clicking the game -> properties -> Controllers -> Enable Steam Input (It was on default which was disabled for the Nintendo switch options below). Restart the game.
