my two cents
Why out of your way? Don't you just have to complete your mentorship just like the others? Besides, he literally says it to Jackie, mentions her in the conversation before giving the card and in the card itself
Exactly, it was the same to me. I read the card first and thought "good joke". Then I read the name and thought: "wait... what?!" But it is never mentioned, so...
Out of the way in the sense that it is totally optional to get his card. In the dialogue leading to him giving you the card, i guessed that it was her brother, but finding out it was her father was honestly even funnier.
It would have been nice to have the characters react to certain situations, like finding out who your father is. But, this isn't Hades. This is Aggro Crab's first game and a damn fine one at that. Maybe DLC down the line might explore more character arcs.
IDK, I wouldn't consider that as "out of your way", swomp was even the first one I finished.
I mean, I was not condemning them for not putting a new conversation after that (although it would be pretty nice actually). I just was left wondering if that was true or a joke
You're pretty much gonna get every fizzle business card. If you're gonna make the joke whatever, but it seems like they went out of the way to make this questionable.
I thought you were saying you go out of your way to get the card, not they got out of their will to make it questionable. There's a difference between the two. It being questionable is kinda the reason of the post, if it wasn't questionable I wouldn't ask what people think
