Permanent curses

I made it to stage five of imposter mode and whenever i get a curse the effect never stops I counted 23 combats and i still had quick breaking tools. Just wondering if anyone had the same issue or knew how to fix it.

I had that issue with that curse too, happened to me when another curse got mixed in, and neither of them ever expired

I had that problem too, but it somehow fixed itself the next day without explanation.
Did it persist for you. after restarting the game?

So far, all of my curses have been permanent.

Same debuff as you, it was stuck on me for 11, and the next run every curse stuck, until I died. I'm only at Overtime 1 though. Is this a bug or just an IM feature?

it's a bug that was fixed for me by restarting steam. i didn't get that bug until i reached OT7 so it should be rare

I've reset steam and verified files a bunch of times and it fixes it for about one run and I start getting again.

Same issue in my game, OT6 and curses become permanent at some point while playing. Restarting the game helps but only until it happens again (IDK why, I think it triggers when you have 1+ curses?). And it´s not that rare, happened to 3 runs today.

This happens when stacking 2 curses, it seems to no longer check when to remove the first one so it remains forever. It even breaks subsequent runs forcing you to reboot the game.
I have 100% repro, so what I do is avoid curses if I can't guarantee that they'll resolve before the next boss. It sucks, I'm trying to beat Overtime 7 and this severely limits my options.
