What am I missing? I've run through impostor and each dungeon multiple times since the update and can't recall any other mobs, even less 11.
Does each hand of Winky's boss have a card? The matches I'm pretty sure counted as regular mobs.

You're missing all of cubicle and the imposter as well. In the cubicle floor (accessible via elevator) you can grab blank cards in the starting room with all the boxes.

You also need to get the cold Emoozi... You can get this by dealing cold damage to the slimes
