Bug: temple of sacred seals missing wood logs campaign

I cannot continue the missions in the temple of sacred seals, I need 5 wood logs to clean the wall but there is no wood anywhere

You should be able to get them from the troll that tells you to clear the wall.

I reloaded and I could crush the wall, but I have the same issue the next wall, i have 15 of woods and the Q ask me 20,... I feel like there is something wrong and I should have much more wood ?

You can get more wood from elsewhere, the moonkin supply cart is available in RTS missions to load up, and there's also wood as loot in some of the RPG missions as well. You don't have to do the wall clearances to leave the temple, it's a thing to do over time as you go through the game.
