Hi! Further optimization is one of our priorities for future updates. Thank you for your feedback.
cant even hold 60fps @1080p WITH frame gen and upscaling. Frequent dips to 40 fps at times while in free roam. My 3hrs of play time so far has been trying all settings but all they do is add headroom on the highs but do nothing for the times the fps tanks. Seems like another game ruined by unreal engine 5 to me.
Something I have noticed is that the menu keeps defaulting to DLSS after I change it and I'm all AMD, its hard to tell if upscaling is even off when selecting native, I don't think frame generation does anything either. The biggest drops seem to be when the time of day is transitioning but that's probably a symptom not a cause. I don't think its unreasonable to expect to be able to do only 1080p native with no upscaling or frame gen @60fps, on mostly if not max settings on my pc. But at the moment that is a far off dream and even going below medium can't help.
Performance aside I like the vision, hopefully you guys can figure it out so people can enjoy it
LoL how true
I had to throw this game on my main PC to try it out because it is so poorly optimized.
you have an amd gpu and there for no dlss and frame gen.
i play JDM in vr just fine on nvidia. might want to switch.
