It is likely that the latest update has messed up the race with Scorpion, because he starts it at +/- 25% of the course and not at 4-5% as before. It is impossible to catch up with him.

neither bug, nor feature - we're looking into the difficulty of this event and should be pushing an update soon.

Same here, I thought it's supposed to be like this but it's virtually impossible to complete, he's 25% ahead on start.

Subaru and like 2 mil worth of upgrades did the trick after several attempts but it still shouldn't be this hard IMO.

Same for me, finally upgraded from the starter car to an r34 and daamn that guys still so fast

Edit. Just beat him with standard R34 took me a few attempts though, AWD drift every hairpin perfectly and then took him on the tiny last stretch :D

RWD is impossible, I've got a maxed out starter car and a semi tuned S200 neither is this fast xD I started to look on YT and Google to find the solution and here it is.. Thanks for the help.

Yes same for me the sound was super buggy, these are the only two bugs i have encountered so far.

ive beaten the guy with an RX7. wasn't easy but managed to catch the guy at the end of the race.

Its really hard to catch him. He starts very forward to me.
