have you checked the radnet menu? It should be selectable there.

press M in game -> go to radnet -> rewards -> it should all be selectable right there

Thank you so much creator of this mod! I can now play as armored mercer again (they recently took the skin off). For those that are confused here is how to do it:
1. Disable any antivirus that might tamper with the download process.
2. Copy the link provided by the creator to a browser of your choice and it should give you the option to either open or download, choose download (my browser was mozilla firefox).
3. Once downloaded open up the zip folder and select both files.
4. Open up the game files. (In order to do this, find prototype 2 in your game library and right click it. There should be a properties option. Once you click on properties another window should pop up. There should be several options on this window, be sure to click on local files and from there browse local files)
5. Copy the mod files into the game files and when the option comes to replace them click replace.
6. Now it should work.
