Cutscenes Kill my Game !!! HELP !!!

Anyone knows how to fix my problem? Bought the game yesterday evening and am having terrible problems playing it.
Problem:
The game works pretty fine, but everytime a cutscene ( the longer ones where everything is black, white and red ) end the game starts a loadingscreen that will not end ( had it like run about 7 min max ). If I restart the game and skip the cutscenes the game seems to run fine.
No particular Cutscene but every longer ones!!!

I got myself NVIDIA Inspector, than I set Max. Framerate to 60 AND PreFrame-something to 1 ( I hope i did it right ). This didnt Fix the Problem at all.

My Hardware:
Laptop: Intel I5 ; Gforce GTX 660M ; 8GB Ram ; Windows 7

Would like to play the game since i enjoyed the first PROTOTYPE to the fullest

Try to load the uncut patch for the game, it fixed the problem for German´s

I can only find the patch on "Online-Game-Shop" but i dont get access to it cause they seem to have issues sending me an E-Mail to verify my account... could someone pls send me a simple link via "Google Drive" or "Dropbox" or whatever...

really pissed of with this whole situation... pay for a game, then cant play it due to some idiots adding censorship to it, and eventualy breaking it
