How to unlock all the other skins ?

Hello ,I've got the Radnet acces , but i only can see the mercer skin ,but in lot's of Videos I saw many other skins.
how do I unlock the others ?

unzip into your P2 folder and run the game. go to your map screen and select the radnet menu. it should give you the skins under "player skins" or something.

Note: if you do a verify game file integrity, you will have to unzip the files back into the folder again since one of the files in the zip replaces the steam ones.

Btw you can't get the skins on pc version only on Xbox console [only]
