Cutscenes are black

Everytime it goes to a cutscene the sceen goes black, but I can hear the cutscenes. It happened about 30-50mins in the game, and most if not all cutscenes are affected, only a few of the ones that are just small 3 second clips work fine.

Anyone think they can help me? Anyone experience this problem as well? It's very annoying because I loved the first Prototype, and this game is very fun, but without being able to see the cutscenes after the first 1 hour of playing it is not great...

I have vsync off, it gave me problems in the first place and had to turn it off.

I have
xfx radeon 270x
i7 4770 intel cpu processor 3.40GHz
20gb ram
ssd as main and hdd on storage, with prototype 2 being on the hdd

High settings with the ambient occlusion and motion blur turned off.

It seems me turning off ambient occlusion and motion blur did the trick!

So if anyone is having the same problem just simply turn off the ambient occlusion and motion blur and you should be fine!
