So I no longer can get Armored Heller and Evil Mercer skin?

I just about to purchase this game in Bundle but the reviews said the skins are removed and it only leave Alex Mercer skin... So I'll no longer get those removed skin now?

Hi. No. Skins will still be available to you such as "Alex Mercer", "Heller in armor", "Mercer in armor", "Infected Heller / test subject" and more. You can take them off/put them on at any time after unlocking the task from Radnet.
