Stuttering like 30 FPS?

I'm playing at 75 FPS, but it's stuttering like 30 FPS. How can i fix this?

Turn V-Sync off,
If your PC cant sustain 75fps, sounds like your Monitor can do 75Hz, with V-Sync it will drop to 32/33fps.

I tried this. But nothing changed.

Have you tried Limiting the FPS to 60 only via Nvidia Control Panel or AMD Radeon Software.

Try playing with some Graphic Settings.

I tried almost everything.

- Monitor is 75 hz. "Vsync=ON" has terrible result.
-Shift the hz of monitor 75 to 60, then try it but same result.
-Vsync =OFF is also same.

Check the Set affinity to 1 core only or to all cores, if this doesn´t work, i don´t know.

The affinity thing also needs to be done when doing the Claws Tutorial.

keep vsync on its not that you need to cap the game at excatly 60 fps do this by going into nvidia control panel open the application and at max frame rate put it at 60 also you might need to disable hid consumer devices

I'm on Windows 10 using an Xbox Series X controller with no issues after a few small tweaks. Google 'Prototype 2 pcgamingwiki', I have it running ultra widescreen, 60fps with adaptive vsync forced on. Perfectly playable and it even looks pretty good.
