Europe Central Servers Problem

Since yesterday, there's only one server in Central Europe, "Horn of the Imhra Pavilion," with zero people online. When I try to log in, it says, "Disconnected, try to select another server." But there are no more.
It's been like this since yesterday. Does anyone know if they've taken down the Central Europe servers yet?

I was one of the game's founders, backing the Kickstarter back in the day. I've played seasonally, as new content was added. It's a shame I can't reconnect with my character after earning him tons of exceptional gear and achievements.
I hope this is a temporary glitch and not a permanent shutdown of the servers.

oh noooo, i dont wanna loss all my gears!!!!!!, I wish they can fix it asap

Same with US West servers. I literally just got this game and I'm enjoying it but it sucks I can't play. What gives.

Server maintenance is scheduled for Wednesdays. Hopefully, that will fix it.

Are they even doing regular server maintenance anymore? They've already said (roughly) that players shouldn't expect much in terms of patches or updates.

At least, in the game menu, says they do server maintenance every Wednesday, but that might be outdated and they don't do it anymore. I don't know.

Yeah I wouldn't rely on that note in the menu. Unfortunately, I don't know where else you might look to get useful information. The answer used to be to go to their discord, but my impression is that they're turtled over there, too. (I am not on discord.)

Their discord is dead too.

They did a server restart when this first popped up but the weekend and holiday means they were out of the office to restart them again when it re-occurred.

Update: to resolve the issue the game needed an actual patch, which is now applied.
