Report a translation problem
I just checked launching the game in the beta environment and all servers seem to work there, as planned. Give me a moment and I will check on the retail branch.
Try going (in-game, on main menu) to Settings, go to the Network tab, and set the DNS resolver to "ares" if that is not already done -- or, if it is, change it to "native" and try that. This was a known issue back near EA launch but since then, the game has been setting its own DNS resolver to try to avoid "loading server" issues like the one you describe, and reports like yours have become very, very rare.
