I'd really like to play the game with my partner, but from what I've seen so far I can't tell if there's a plan for being able to choose to be in the same instance.
Maybe birds like falcons, owls that can fly round you and perch on your shoulders.
MAGIC: Given the focus on exploration, a spell that acted as a "signal flare" and marked your locations to your companions would be nice, specially while travelling on areas where it may be easy to get lost.
GAMEPLAY : housing with shelves.

- I've played for 10 hours on the US servers.
- I have not encountered any discernible quest-like "event" that has imposed any clear, achievable, goal on me whatsoever.
- I've completed multiple Endeavors, both solo and with others. None of them seem to matter:
- A couple gave me some items that didn't matter.
- A couple gave me some "blessings" that didn't matter.
- One gave me a skill that didn't matter.
- I've "leveled" many, many times, but since I've only ever learned 2 new skills beyond my starting skills (using a character that is apparently now lost to me), I quickly have more skill points than I can actually use.
I really, really want to like this game. I'm a paying backer. I am putting in the time.I do not understand what aspect of gameplay is meant to be rewarding or to offer some sense of progression.
