AI BUG
I was paying random maps on the European Warfare re-release and for some reason when the AI as infantry in formation they don't fire their guns but still do an animation, I then decided to play Random maps in AC: Divided Nations instead and ran into the same bug.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Yes we are aware of this issue and is listed as a problem. Happens randomly, sometimes not at all and sometimes affects several AI enemies.

I think it probably means the game is not synchronized

Usually saving and then reloading fixes this issue, but not always.

british musketeers for the 18th century seem to always flag as well. Every game they can break and still win
