Because no game assets are being updated. Just lines of code. No textures, models or sound files have been altered.

The complaining about update size is ridiculous. If it were big y'all would complain. Small and y'all complain.

Still crashing nearly 66% of the video optimization. 16Go of RAM using and 75% of a 3700x CPU.

Thanks guys, but I won't resume play until you guys have fixed Anisotropic Filters and Stutters, I have played for 38 hours and really enjoyed but I won't deal with those stutters anymore until you fix it. Please, hoping for a new patch in a few weeks.

Too little too late. It's as if you didn't check to see if anisotropic filtering was in the box before shipping. I hope your player profile validation doesn't undo all the help I already gave the game with Special K and RTSS, because if you break it after I fixed it, I will get my money back.

Progression Issues

Fixed a progression issue where some players would remain a child and not transition to adult Aloy.

If this was another game where all the data is in a few packed files and the patch process would require unpacking them, thus bloating systems fixes into many gigabytes shown as 'downloading' people would just complain that they downloaded 30gbs and it fixed nothing.

You can't win with these people who share their opinion without knowing anything.
