I have intel I7 9700k/ 16GB RAM/ RTX2080 SUPER and mines still not working. This game is a joke so far. The half hour i spent playing was great but that was 2 days ago and i havent gotten it to work sense
That is modern communication strategy for you. If they say "seems 5% users cannot start the game, 25 % has crashes all the time and 60 % of users has low performance" they would effectivly kill their sales. Ofc, people still moan on the forums but then the minority which has no major issues protests because ofc they got no problems. Your average user, hyped to test the game, sees both positive and negative reviews but ignores the negative ones. And charade goes on. I have asked for refund, waiting for answer.
Ha no chance. The 2004 update is full of bugs and bluetooth problems. A sure recipe for disaster. I take it you don't read the latest on the 2004 update:????? huh?
One week with no patch but with an official sorry statement and a promise and many of you already asking a refund. It's fine it's your right and by doing that you'll lose arguably the best game plot ever but it's fine.
Now that's what I can say to you: one day in your future you'll eventually begin to work and while working unexpected events and mistakes happen. That very day your manager might even ask you to cancel your long planned vacation because the product - software or not - must be released as soon as possible due to a previous error. Sometimes you may also say NO but most of the times you'll say: yes sir.
Then that very day I wish you'll encounter your very self whom is writing here in this forum: it's not important to fix it's important to fix in the time 'he' considers acceptable. That day while you're working day and night to fix the unexpected event maybe even generated by a colleague of yours, someone will say: you didn't fix in a week so you don't deserve ANY vacation.
Moreover if in your life you don't have one week to wait someone else's work and respect the work of others then please ask for a refund and write anything bad here but don't forget that one day the position shall be reversed and then... what? As per my experience I can assure you that crying will not satisfy the karma but who knows maybe you'll be lucky.
What you'll never know is that at the very core of HZD world you'll find the good soul of humanity: I'm beginning to ask myself where Guerrilla found that goodness.
Good luck with your refunds.
lol so true
So next time i get my floor done in my house and they jack it all up i should forgive them because they worked really hard? They should just keep my money even tho the crappy work they did didnt equal what i payed them? Your logic kind of sucks. Instead of an apology and a week so far wait they should give us some sort of discount or something along those lines? Because when you do business your product speaks volumes. Next time they release a game people wont just forget about this. I personally am looking forward to this game but at this point im losing interest. Ive been checking everyday after work just to check to see if the issue has been resolved and nothings changed. Yes people worked hard but this isnt just a small issue this is something that should have and could have been resolved before the release of the game.
Yeah. Because in every other industry pushing a product which does not work will not generate customer loss...
What if some of us base our decision to ask for refund because our life experiance has thought us why a product is being outsourced (lack of knowhow) and pushed out despite having critical error manifesting themselves for so many users (=not an edge case, QA must have picked it up). Here is a word for you to google - cash flow.
So by refunding this game, maybe I am doing you a service - generating an incentive for publisher to solve this issue in order to prevent huge refund numbers. This means little to me (I have lost the confidence in these guys) but it is only a beneficial for you.
Had they just ported themselves, and ported it well, they wouldnt be here, so your argument of "things go wrong!" does not work, as they didn't care enough to do it themselves.
And yes, I have a job, and also "best game plot" lol, I had it on ps4, story was ultra forgettable, not bad but forgettable, and a plank of wood can out charisma Aloy. Games fun though.
