OS: Windows 11 Home (always up to date)
RAM: 16 GB
CPU: Ryzen 7 5000 series
GPU: RTX 3070
Storage: 1TB SSD (that's where the game is installed)
Paging file (Virtual RAM) size is set to 32 GB max and all my drivers are up to date. I also tried every single commonly known method out there like run as admin or disable overlay, etc.
1-go into nvidia control panel-under 3d settings Click the restore tab on global settings-was a hail mary for me with a game a few years back.
2-control panel change power options to high performance to see if that might due the trick.
U sure the gpu is being used and not switching to integrated?
Turned out my GPU was AT the lowest edge.
As a programmer, I do wonder why they never check first. I mean, it isn't very difficult at all to see what the GPU is and how much VRAM it has. No, I had to play tag with their support to get CORRECT driver update. Weird. Simple test that would save thousands of days of debugging.
