Game+ - missing the first metal flower

Missing the first metal flower in Game+
I am a Hunter and Collector from Items and equipment and so on.
In the normal game, I have got everthing complete and now in Game+,
I am missing the first iron flower. My map is empty and I did not found it everywhere.
Is this a bug?

Have you picked up the one in the ruin in the Embrace, the one little Aloy fell in and found the focus? That is one which doesn't show up on the map unless you drill the map down into the ruin.
