DO HZD Complete Edition Owners get the Remaster Free?

I have owned HZD complete since it's release on PC, and i was told by someone that i don't have to pay the $15CAD to upgrade it would be available in my library along side the original.
but im not seeing it in my library, and i have to button to upgrade it for 10/15$ on the store page it just shows me the $64 dollar bundle of both games.

That "someone" has no clue. You do not get the remaster for free. Buying the bundle is the only way to get it cheaper. At least if you already have HZD Complete.

If i put the bundle into my shopping card its charging me the whole price of both games at 64$ or whatever, there is suppose to be a upgrade option.

There used to be a bundle upgrade of around 10€ that would get you the Horizon Zero Dawn: Remastered (HZD:R) for that value if you already owned the original Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition (HZD:CE) in a pre-order fashion, but I'm not sure if it's still valid. And that was either applicable if you had it upon PC or upon the PlayStation (PS).
And I'm highly doubting that it'd be now that HZD:R was/is about to get released.

Although be warned that to play HZD:R you'll have to create one of those f0rking PS Network DRM accounts. And that's being done without any proper background supporting platform application to ensure their customer's personal information data to be secure, unlike many others of their competitors (even if in most cases I dislike the current bloatware state of those Game Launchers/Stores, they're way safer than an internet site). :steamthumbsdown
And on the side of all that, please also don't forget to take a peak at the current HZD:R's EULA (End User Licence Agreement)[research.playstation.com] because after reading and also my personal trade expertise as an EU citizen it flat out tells me that it's not abbiding that law and openly conflicts with it.
Even more due to that current PlayStation Publishing LLC's EULA I had to make an e-mail to formerly request that all my personal info' data to be deleted from their servers and a confirmation of when it gets done.

Sort of summing it all up from my perspective: Atm, it sure isn't worth the hassle to acquire HZD:R when I still got my PC's HZD:CE originl version from 2020 or so.

That little mouse icon next to my name indicates that I own the Complete Edition. You do not have that icon. Are you sure you own the Complete Edition?
Maybe you're on the wrong account?

The bundle is the upgrade option. If you own the Complete Edition you only have to pay the 10/15 bucks for Remaster.

I got the complete game. And did pay the €10 upgrade to the full remastered version. But it said the remastered version is in you library. But there was no update? No download. How can it be, that I already have the updated remastered version????
I don’t believe it. Played the game and see no difference……
Do I have to uninstall the game first and reinstall it again?

It's a separate entry in your library, not an update for the Complete Edition.
