Does Anyone Have horizon.exe And horizon_pc.exe from XenTax Forum?

Last year a forum dedicated to game research shut down and one thing that it had was some tools related to extracting things from .core files used by Horizon Zero Dawn. Two of these tools consisted of the horizon.exe and horizon_pc.exe files. Any chance anyone here has a copy of these that they are willing to share? Alternatively does anyone know of any other ways to extract the contents of .core files (which is what's inside .bin files) used by Horizon Zero Dawn?
