Revenge of the Nora Rest at the Campfire Bug

I have gone back to the campfire several times and saved the game but nothing happens. This quest line is stuck.

OK got it.

Hit "C" and wait a few seconds and then hit quick save which starts the cut-scene.

Don't you have to sleep in the bed roll by the fire for that one?

Nope. C or crouching down is resting.

Must be thinking of something else. Been a year or more since I played it properly, only played it recently to finally run through New Game+ on Ultra to finish the last 2 achievements I never got...

quick save not manual save to start the cut scene and make sure the quest is active

You need to do this at the camp with Rost near the gate too.
