Report a translation problem
Ok, here's one. It would be kinda cheaty. Just imagine building your character one way, then towards the end you completely change your build to fit your new needs. Like in real life you can't simply "unlearn" something and replace it with something different, can you? Your decisions (however good or bad) should have consequences. Choosing a skill by accident is simply your own fault, not the game's design, so why should the game be this forgiving? As others said, you'll eventually learn every skill, so respec is really pointless, since you'll eventually end up with the same build with all skills unlocked towards endgame, no matter how you approach the game.
I'm not upset it isn't there. But it's not some insane idea to have had it there as well.
