Game not running on win 11

In my case, game crash after choose language. Does not start. What I did?

Windows 11 updated -> GPU drivers updated -> Microsoft Visual C++ updated

1- Find game exe
2- Right click -> properties -> compatibility
3- Change compatibility mode to: Windows 8
4- Click OK and close
5- Open the game

Working like a charm: i9 13Th, 128 RAM, RTX 4090

Is your game installed in c:\program files(x86)\steam?

And have you checked your audio sampling rate in windows?

Also... why the hell would you change it to win 8 compatibility?

I've got 4 disc SSD 2TB

Game instaled on: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Horizon Zero Dawn
Audio sampling rate: 48000Hz 24bit
Win compatibility was first what It comes to my mind. I chose win 8
and it was jackpoot, because game working

Odd. Game shouldn't need compatibility mode for anything on 10 or 11.

I know that, but the game doesn't work on my PC when I turn off compatibility with win 8.
Can't find the reason.

Did you try any other version, like W10?

I think, there is misunderstand. I not find fix.

I can play the game on win 11, but only in compatibility mode windows 8. Sorrry. My english is poor. I played 4 hour and game works fine.

I just wanted put this for ppl, who has the same problem. Nothing more.
