missing 1 bluegleam

I've seen numerous old posts (~5 years old) discussing this, but I can't find that the issue was ever solved. Do we know which bluegleam is the missing one? I just completed everything in Frozen Wilds for the first time and I am missing it. I know it only gets me a box, so not a big deal, mostly just curious.

Reddit says try a chest in the uppermost building after clearing the bandit camp.

What issue needs to be solved? There is no missing Bluegleam. There's exactly 100 Bluegleam that can be acquired in every single playthrough, which also happens to be the exact number needed to purchase all of the unique equipment and treasure boxes from Bluegleam Merchants in the Cut.

You've simply missed collecting one somewhere, most likely from one of the five Errands that reward a single Bluegleam. However, only you know which ones you've found and collected so the best option is to search for one of the numerous lists of Bluegleam locations such as this one:

The reason it was never "solved" was they hid their faces in shame of claiming their missing a bluegleam as a bug in the game. Much like you are suggesting.

So, will you come back and admit to one and all which one you missed, or will you slink away into the web and never say which one gave you the insight that this was indeed, Not A Bug

Similar BS on PS4, same issues, probably the very same bluegleam. And yes, I got all 100 on the PS4.

Good grief, guys, settle down. :D

The idea that a bug didn't happen to you, therefore it doesn't exist is pretty funny. But I don't care if it's a bug or not -- I probably did just miss one. The "issue" is that a lot of people missed it. My point was that I am probably missing the very same one. My question is if anyone figured out which one we missed.

The reddit page linked above is the list I was using to try to figure this out.

I've got 100% completion in FW, so it's not an errand or quest reward. I turned in all pigments and figurines. I don't have anymore bluegleam on the map, so I don't think it's one of those. I got gold in all hunting grounds and Ikrie's Challenge. I got the boxes from Meridian. I double checked the hangar and the bandit camp, so it's not there -- and thank you to pandreon for trying to help!

I can't figure out which one I missed. But if I do eventually figure it out, I will not hide my face in shame and slink away, lol.

@ Vallach: This is a site that carries the map[www.gamesradar.com] that I've acquired and used inside the game to obtain all of my Bluegleam mineral shards (even if not all locations are pin point exact they're roughly close and so if you also use your Focus most likely you won't miss any of those).

And there's also a trader upon Meridian that trades Behemoth's parts, Lenses if not mistaken, and exchanges those for a Bluegleam containing chest, so... although I'm not sure if you can do it more than once at least in your case it'll help you solve obtaining whatever item from the Banuuk Merchants' that you're still missing.
