That depends on what you are running the game on, as well as what your graphical settings are in game.

Also, how much memory do you have free. Are you running seventeen tasks in addition to the game, well that's going to be tougher to fix.

is the game on an ssd or hdd?

check the windows power settings and set it to high performance (watch the temps), laptops tend to have power saving settings enabled by default.

the game's profile in the nvidia control panel has a power management setting as well, set it to Prefer Maximum Performance (again watch the temps).

also make sure the game is using the rtx 3060 and not the CPU's iGPU.
yup everything is at max performance and its using the gpu, a lot of the textures are all blurry i tried lowering them but it does nothing

ssd or hdd, some laptops still use a small ssd for OS and a large hdd for apps.

are you using the scaling function? if not, try setting it to simple and set the quality down a notch at a time and see if it helps.
im using an ssd i tried all the options on settings from low to max the clay textures wont go

by " texture pop in" do you mean like when you interact with NPCs them and the background looks low quality for a second then they switch to high quality texture?
i currently have that issue.

did you try turning off "Adaptive Performance FPS" in the display settings?
it dynamically changes render resolution to achieve a target fps rate.

I had this issue and looked at the graphics settings. On one page of setting you can see the amount of video RAM required, and I was in the red (in fact over what is available). I adjusted various setting to get back within the available RAM and everything is nice again.

Laptop RTX 3060s often come with only 6 GB of RAM. It might take some tweaking of the texture detail and/or using DLSS to get the game to render at an acceptable draw distance and display at 1440p.

Sounds like a lack of GPU texture memory. Turn your texture settings down a couple of notches, say to medium, and see what happens.

I'm having the same issue on a desktop RX6600 with 8GB of RAM. It's not the lack of VRAM. It's a basic problem with the game.

The solution for me is to set to Favor Quality preset, turn off adaptive resolution, and ONLY play at 1080p. It means I've had to play on my laptop and my TV rather than my 1440p monitor but still. You can also try windowed.

Amazing game, this glitch SUCKS.
