Does the "Complete edition" contain all the DLC's?

All the ones for HZD? Yes, if buying from steam. One of the other software sites I visit (IG) has sold a basic game and the complete edition.

You can't buy Horizon Zero Dawn on PC without the DLC. The Complete version is the only version you can buy on PC and YES Frozen Wilds is included.

Not saying now, this was months ago and maybe more than a year, lot of wine between too. They offered a base game version (few USD cheaper than) at one time AND the complete edition also.

No, they did not.

The only edition of HZD on pc EVER has been the complete edition. That is what was released on steam August 2020.

There never was a standard edition on pc. Either instant gaming is lying or they are showing PS4 keys. PS4 is the only place a non-complete edition version exists.
