My face paint and focus effects are disabled

I think this has happened since yesterday's user profile fix patch, is there any solution?

I don't know if there is any hack for it, but you can unlock it natively if you have a NG+ savegame on ultrahard right at the "Looming Shadow".
You need to finish this quest and you'll get it unlocked again.

Even though I have one, I am not willing to share it, as it is a decrypted PS4 savegame.

Sorry, I normally really like to share my savegames, but in that case I have to pass.
Had to buy software for €60 to decrypt that dumb savegame so it was able to get recognized by the PC version.
Not feeling very confortable thinking about sharing this "work". :/

I had already cleared the game in Ultra Hard and was using Face Paint until a few days ago.

But when I checked today, the face paint and focus effect were disabled.
