Need to skip intro? Alt+F4 Seriously.

To those who are having issues and are having to recompile and restart the game multiple times. I just want to let you know that you can press Alt+F4 when the intro starts and a built in prompt will ask you if you want to exit and it will take you to the main menu. I don't know why they didn't simply make that option available by pressing the ESC key but there it is. Hope this helps those who didn't figure this out.

No, OP is serious. Alt+F4 during the intro cutscene brings up a "Do you want to exit?" box. If you click no, it skips the video.

It's weird as hell, but it's how the game functions.

Thanks for the tip. I remember when I first started the game, I had to sit through the unskippable laggy and stuttering cutscene because it wouldn't let me access the graphic options to tone down the settings. LOL.

I don't understand why the devs didn't just make the intro a pre-rendered video or something.

Yes I know its not a troll post. I did the same just without alt + f4. (cuz, its not a joke but I really disabled my alt buttons) Desktop > right click the game in the hotbar > close game > enter game > click no > cutscene skipped :P
