How to deal with Daemonic Stalkers?

Shock was my go-to thing for Stalkers, as only 1 or 2 shock arrows would immediately de-cloak and stun 'em. But the Daemonic ones are so resistant to shock. What's a good way to counter these ones?

I went for freeze myself. It takes (much) longer to freeze them than to shock a normal stalker but once that's done they're as good as dead.

I agree with the comment above freeze is your best friend in this game try to load 3 arrows before each shot for faster results also if your using the DLC weapons keep in mind that you have to draw the bow till the crosshair animation is complete is kinda obvious.

I tend to burn them. A couple applications and they go down pretty quick. Otherwise, cheese them down with freeze and bombs.

Silent Strike and Heavy Attack takes them down.
