They keep coming back! 😭
I fully admit I alt-tab a fair bit! No shame here, hoping for higher fps at max settings before I really push. I'm having fun and enjoying it though, how is that a bad thing?
Would you mind stopping these dumb generalizations?
As if you know the opinion of ANY PS4 PLAYER OUT THERE.
Pretty rich to make such a statement.
The game has good combat mechanics with an interesting storyline. Everything else falls into the Assassins Creed/Just Cause/ Far Cry etc. playstyle of games. Which can be grindy but fun.
Yeah a generic console game where you roll over the floor like a doofus and shoot here and there. Been there done that before hmm... i wonder in what games... With generic boring quests and piss poor performance is a masterpiece indeed.
Seems to me you're a troll. Game is nothing special, generic console garbage. I got this game gifted (free) and I dont even want to play it. That's how mind numbing boring it is. However I feel inclined to because it was given to me.
Its a good Game, but certainly not a masterpiece.
After I'm done with that, I put another marker on the edge of the map. When all side quests are done, I continue the Main quest and the process repeats again as I slowly reveal more of the map. I explore everything and everywhere and I don't use the Sprint button unless in combat.
I look for all the collectibles just before the very last Main quest, which requires I walk all over the map again which is not a problem to me. Takes about 90 hours for me to beat this game and that's if I choose to do the last main quest.
I know some people have beaten this game in 20-30 hours. I'm 17 hours in and I just beat the Metal Ring quest with Sona which can be done almost right after you leave the Embrace. xD
also funny that you prefer assassin's creed origins to this judging by your profile.
assassin's creed origins was okay, the same over recycled ubisoft open world formula trash.
meanwhile horizon to me was far more varied and enjoyable than origins.
They sure as heck should! Heck, they should pull it from release completely and send it back to whoever is responsible for repairs and re-release later. It took me more than 2 hours to even see the game after all the 20 minute Optimizing...crash...Optimizing...crash...Optimizing...crash...play 5 min and see horrid performance and quit to try new drivers, Optimizing...crash...Optimizing...crash...read how to fix by changing swap file size, Optimizing...play 5 min...crash...etc. It's been 4 days and I am only about 20 actual minutes into the game and gave up due to the atrocious performance.
That said, I think I will love it if it ever becomes playable.
Aside of that it's either a subjective collection of ratings of magazines and users.
I don't give much about such subjective ratings.
I rather watch a gameplay showcase of a game and decide then if I could like it.
I bought HZD and a PS4 Pro, after I watched the whole story of the game.
I liked it that much that I wanted to play it myself.
That's either subjective, but it's a personal experience and a honest one.
I personally would trust a person who has actual PROOF that he / she liked or disliked a game, by various screenshots and videos more than any review or comment which doesn't provide anything more than some sentences about the game.
