Hair Physics glitch

Does anyone know anything like a fix or what is causing the issue ?
when i play Aloys hair starts glitching out it basically turns into tentacle hair thats bouncing up and down and at some parts the texture goes all the way down till the ground cliping thro her body and such
wanted to know if anyone knows this kinda glitch or something similar cuz its getting real annoying

usually it's caused by fps being too fast on new hardware as it's something calculated by the graphcis card frame by frame rather than based on time elapsed between frames. You can try to limit your fps or use v-sync and see if that fixes it. Seems to be a common problem across many games and I'm just surprised developers don't seem to account for stuff like this being broken by frame rates being unexpectedly high.

Yeah i already tryed that
Nothing i changed worked
I even went as far as going in my graphics card settings
I have a AMD card i think it was RX 580 or 570 8GB ver
And for cpu i have a ryzen 5 1400
16gb of ram

I tryed vsync i tryed the fps limit i turned my quality down to minimal and i even tryed the opposite i turned it up to ultimate and the hair just did not calm down

At some spots where i walked it was fine and no glitches were happaning but when i walked with aloy to some steps or anywhere else it suddenly starts glitching out

Im just confused about the whole situation cuz idk how to fix it

I don't know, the only other thing I can think of is to try to update your gfx drivers if you haven't already.

I did that too and that didnt change anything either. So thats why i came here and hope someone could help me out. Ive just run out of options. I tried to find something about this issue on the internet and i could only find one that was with the floating hair like 2 years ago or something like that. But about my issue i couldn't find a thing or any clues. So kinda upsetting cuz it ruins the immersion.. i can manage to play it yeah but its distracting since my focus wants to go to her glitching hair and it ruins the serious moments.
Im out of options by the looks of it. Might try to re install the game at some point maybe that does something.. probably not but might aswell just give anything a shot at this point.

Im sadly away from home and busy with work but i will check it out first thing i get back home around next month start
