Playing HZD on xbox.

I'm asking this for a neighbour. He saw the game. Has no pc, no ps.
But he read that trough geforce now, that you can play the game trough steam on an xbox.

Is this correct.

Neither do i, i do not like consoles. But a friend has an xbox, and wants to play hzd, cause he's dutch like me.
